Package Your Items
Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items pass our quality inspection.
